A key business driver such as performance management requires a consistent approach and robust criteria against which to measure an individual’s performance. Competency frameworks provide a coherent set of criteria against which standards of recruitment & selection and performance management can be measured.
We have extensive experience of designing and delivering workable, simple and uncomplicated competency frameworks which have tangible results. We have worked with public and private sector clients to redesign or design from scratch permanence management processes for inclusion as annual perforce reviews or as part of the senior manager coaching process.
Assessment and Development centres can be used as a fundamental part of a management development programme in addition to being a useful recruitment tool. They can be costly, but if designed well and managed effectively provide accurate data on an individual’s performance and areas of improvement. Trained to British Psychological Society level B, we are able to provide Occupational and Psychometric Testing as part of the assessment & development process. We have designed and delivered many of these centres in blue chip organisations who have gained much benefit from the information. |
